TASTING NOTES:

Color: golden-yellow with green reflections.

Scent: intense fresh olive fruity scent, coupled with grass, green leaves and vegetable notes. Gentle hints of fresh almond.

Taste: slightly bitter and pleasantly spicy.

PARING:

Ideal to serve raw to dress any salad, soup, as well as grilled or steamed meat or fish dishes. Its harmonious taste makes it perfect for traditional dishes, such as pasta and bins, legume soups, barley soups, but also strong in flavor traditional Mediterranean dishes.
